THERE IS AN ESTIMATED DELAY IN SHIPPING BY 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS. THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE SHIPPING TIME FRAMES BELOW. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE DURING THIS TIME.
We have a strict 48 hour processing window! All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order Monday through Friday and shipped with USPS tracking number. Please message us to find out the estimated arrival date for Pre-Order items. All Pre-Order items are clearly labeled on the website!
Pre-Orders. Pre-Orders are not "Ready To Ship" (RTS). The estimated dates of arrival are identified in each listing. Pre-Orders allow our customers to shop inventory that has already been ordered and is coming to our warehouse but is NOT YET IN STOCK. These items are listed as "Pre-Orders: [Item Name]". If you have any additional questions on arrival time and shipment times please email us directly. We will ship within 48 hours of items arriving to our warehouse!
In Stock Items. Our merchandise is shipped in the order received and within 48 hour time period! We ship everyday Monday-Friday! Once shipped, it takes approx. 2-10 business days to deliver. Most customers receive their order within 3-6 business days.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
